    • Your order number
    • Photos/videos of the issue
  • We will assess the case and provide a resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed only for defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items.
  • Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized/personalized items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • Sale/discounted items are final sale unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Damaged or Lost Packages
